The implementation process

PROCESS

Kick-off & inventory

We will schedule a one-hour call where I will ask lots of questions about your organization and the role of the website in your goals. The goal of this call is for us to get a good picture of the organization and how data and analytics can help meet the goals.

Tracking plan

All input will be put into a comprehensive tracking plan. This plan will be the "measurement bible" and will contain all the information needed to implement it.

This tracking plan is a precise exposition of the events to be measured, the triggers, the properties and all associated descriptions and any necessary code snippets.

Implementation

The entire plan is implemented in GA4 with Google Tag Manager. The implementation is not complete until all events do what they are supposed to do and the data is ready for use.

Everything comes together in this step in your personalized GA4 environment and as icing on the cake I will also deliver analytics using your new data.

Training & Insights

The implementation does not stop with the delivery of the property, but we also take you and your team through how you can best use the data now.

You will receive an overview with videos in which we show you how you can best use certain functionalities and we schedule a session in which we analyze your data together.

  • Everything is set up in a 'test property' and converted to a new property so you have 100% reliable data
  • Your new property is set up according to your situation, with custom reports including custom metrics and dimensions
